No — Mac and Apple devices only. That focus is part of what makes the service better. I know the Apple ecosystem deeply and don't try to be everything to everyone.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. On-site visits are available throughout the Portland metro area including Tigard, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, West Linn, Hillsboro, Sherwood, and surrounding areas. No travel fee.
What if my issue can be fixed remotely?
Most software issues, account problems, and configuration questions can be handled remotely. I securely connect to your Mac and we work through it together over the phone. Remote support is available nationwide.
Do you help seniors who aren't very tech-savvy?
Absolutely — and I genuinely enjoy it. I'm patient, I don't talk over people, and I don't make anyone feel behind. Many of my long-term clients came to me as complete beginners and now feel confident with their devices.
